About me
My name is Timoteja Andrijanič. Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved animals and wanted to help every single one of them. At the age of eight, I started visiting a horse stable near my home, and soon, I spent most of my days there. It became clear that my path would lead me to the Biotechnical Educational Center (formerly SAŠ) with the goal of enrolling in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Throughout this time, the stable remained my second home, and I always sought to stay connected to animals, looking for jobs that involved working with them.
As a veterinary technician, I worked at various times in veterinary clinics, an animal shelter, and a pet shop. My journey also took me to stables in Italy and Germany. Later, due to my interest in photography, I began attending equestrian jumping competitions as a photographer. I believe I gained valuable experiences from all these perspectives.
After graduating from university, I started working at Veterina Novo mesto d.o.o., where I continue to work to this day. Over time, I’ve realized that, in addition to my care for animals, I also have a special way with people – or so others say. Perhaps I devote myself to both animals and their owners in my own unique way. Sometimes, a kind word is enough, other times a useful piece of advice, and on other occasions, a different veterinary approach. Regardless, I always give my all to my work.
Besides being a veterinarian, I’m also a mom to a wonderful little boy, a partner to an amazing man, and a caretaker to all the unique beings living with us – a horse, a pony, a donkey, sheep, a goat, three dogs, and a cat. Living with all these animals has taught me patience, compassion, and dedication, lessons I carry into my daily work and family life.
I decided to create this website because I want to provide help remotely whenever possible. With my knowledge and advice, I can assist animal owners in finding the best and quickest solutions for various situations. I’m someone who believes in the power of compassion and hard work, always ready to help both animals and their owners.
You might find a useful piece of advice here, just what you need, or something to save for later. And if you’d like even more, I warmly invite you to request an online consultation.
Happy reading!
